There was nothing on the books for this week, when my super cool upstairs neighbour called to say she needed a cake for her daughter, who is turning 16! The cake started as a two tiered, red and black funky thing that I was very excited about. Then Dawn called me to say that her daughter informed her that Mothers do not listen to teen-aged daughters, and she actually wants pink and white with butterflies. Now I'm even more excited (especially since this will be the easiest delivery EVER, and I get to stay for the party)! Add to that a small shoebox cake for Olga, and 4 dozen cakepops for the kids at work, and I'm all booked up! How awesome is that?!

My good friend Olga’s niece is turning 3 this year, and Olga has asked me to cater the treats for the party. On the order: a round pink, striped cake (base for the carousel), rainbow cupcakes and individually decorated and packaged sugar cookies! She wants to give those away to all of the Mothers who are picking their kids up. Isn’t she SWEET! The theme: My Little Poney! Yay!

AuthorI baked my first cookie at the age of 5, and have been in love ever since. The smiles on people's faces when they taste my creations is what keeps my passion alive! Categories
