The funnest part of a cupcake is what you put on top of it. Recently I was asked to make some cupcake toppers for some various cupcakes. The beach balls are actually gum balls covered in fondant. Cute little Pablo (it must have been penguin week!) is all fondant and gumpaste and the baby feet are hand shaped from a fondant/gumpaste mix. All are 100% edible and will last forever!
